Tailstopia will refund purchases returned in original packaging, unused with a receipt within 30 days from the original date of purchase.

Exceptions:

The following products can not be returned or exchanged:

• Special Orders
• Litterbox accessories
• Toiletries (Brushes, Combs, and Nail clippers etc.)
• Bowls 
• Crate for the home and for travelling
• Clearance Items
• Beds and Blankets
• Raw Food
• Toys

All pet food (except Wet and Raw) can be returned in the original packaging, as long as there is more than half of the food remaining.

Food returned opened/unopened without a receipt, will be refunded to a Gift Card within 30 days from the original date of purchase.

No store credits or exchanges will be permitted after the authorized return period.
