Tailstopia will refund purchases returned in original packaging, unused with a receipt within 14 days from the original date of purchase.

Exceptions:

The following products can not be returned or exchanged:

• Special Orders
• Litterbox accessories
• Toiletries (Brushes, Combs, and Nail clippers etc.)
• Bowls 
• Crate for the home and for travelling
• Clearance Items
• Beds and Blankets
• Raw Food/ Frozen goods
• Toys
• Discounted and sale items

All pet food (except Wet and Raw) can be returned in the original packaging, as long as there is more than half of the food remaining.

Food returned opened/unopened without a receipt, will be refunded to a Gift Card within 30 days from the original date of purchase.

No store credits or exchanges will be permitted after the authorized return period.
