Q: Can I use my debit card through your online store?
A: We only accept Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard) payments. However, you can come by our store! We accept debit, credit, and cash for all in-person purchases.
Q: When can I pick up the order if I have chosen 'in-store pickup'?
A: You will be notified from our staff when your order is ready to pick up. Most orders will be ready for pick up within 3 business days, but you can always give us a call at 604-299-9225 during business hours if you have any questions or concerns.
Q: What is the payment process?
A: Once we receive your order, we will get your order set up. During this pending period, we will double check your order and our stock. If there is anything we don't have, we will definitely contact you before we leave the store with your products. When we are ready for delivery, this is when we will charge your card. If any item is unavailable, we will give a refund of that particular item. Please expect a charge on your card for the full order and then a refund following the charge.
